In October all of the Junior Certificate students travelled to Dublin to visit Leinster House as part of our CSPE project.

When we got to Leinster House we met our tour guides. These were very nice and friendly men who were bursting with information. Unfortunately, the parliament was not sitting due to a State funeral, but we learned just as much information from our guides.

Leinster House was very interesting. Both the Dáil and the Seanad were very eye catching rooms in which everyone enjoyed looking at. Unfortunately, we were unable to take photographs in Leinster House but the House is a place that we will never forget.

We had a fantastic day and on behalf of my fellow students, I would like to specially thank our teachers and our local TD Colm Keaveney for helping to make such a memorable day happen.
